  • Basic Troubleshooting

    If you are experiencing a problem with our apps or with your device, in general, please try shutting down the application and restarting it. To restart the app please double tap the home button, touch and hold the icon in the dock and touch the red circle.

    This app requires an internet connection in order to download the latest property information to your phone. If you are not seeing tables or information please check that you are connected to either a cellular or WiFi network.
